3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted sovereign servers operated by Swelerion Global Inc. We implement rate limiting, secure hashing for passwords, JWT session tokens, and audit logging for all account activity.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Verification lookups by other users only expose: your name, country, PrexID number, verification level, verification score, and status. Sensitive identity documents (NIN, BVN, passport numbers) are never exposed publicly.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support@prexid.com. You may also update your information at any time through your dashboard.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a PrexID account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 years of age or older to register. By registering, you confirm this.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting false identity documents or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Using PrexID to impersonate another person
• Submitting false identity documents
• Attempting to access or manipulate other users' accounts
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Automated scraping or abuse of the verification lookup feature

5. Platform Limitations

PrexID is a private digital trust platform. Verification on PrexID does not constitute legal identity verification for regulated financial, legal, or government purposes. We make no warranties that PrexID verification will be accepted by third parties.

6. Suspension & Termination

Swelerion Global Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

7. Liability

PrexID is provided "as is." Swelerion Global Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

Verification Disclaimer & Data Protection Notice

What PrexID Verification Means

A verified PrexID means that a user has completed one or more of the following verification levels on our platform:

• Level 1 — Basic: User completed their profile with core personal information
• Level 2 — Email Verified: User confirmed ownership of their email address
• Level 3 — Phone Verified: User confirmed ownership of their phone number
• Level 4 — Under Review: User submitted identity documents for admin review
• Level 5 — Fully Verified: A Swelerion admin has reviewed and approved the user's identity documents

What PrexID Verification Does NOT Mean

• It is not a substitute for government-issued identification
• It is not accepted for KYC purposes by financial institutions unless they have explicitly integrated with PrexID
• It does not guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by users

Data Protection

Swelerion Global Inc. complies with applicable data protection principles. Sensitive identity numbers (NIN, BVN, passport) are encrypted and never exposed publicly. Only non-sensitive data (name, country, verification level) is shown during public lookups.
